Some banks want to return government money
The essence of the article is that there are some banks who want to pay back the bailouts they've already gotten because the scrutiny of being "beholden" to the government is too much. Let me be clear: Banks that were/are teetering on the edge want to pay the money back to the government ASAP -- because of scrutiny. These aren't even the ones who're facing the salary caps.
Why Obama doesn't just call me when he has questions about this stuff, I really don't know. Day or night, Mr. President. I'm here for my country!
