I FINISHED ACE ATTORNEY INVESTIGATIONS!
Heehee. What a great game. I wish you could talk to Phoenix at least once, but I'm okay with him not being there, since all the cases happen over the course of three days (can you believe?). And seeing a lot of Franziska and Gumshoe was nice. I thought the "Logic" system was pretty arbitrary and a lot of times it came to the point where I knew how the murder was done or whatever technicality they wanted, but I didn't know what evidence to present to prove that -_-
I have to say, though, the cameos are hilarious. Sal Manella was probably my favorite, and Oldbag appeared once too much for my tastes. Once again, I loved the subtle references to "him" (Ah Phoenix! Enjoy your last few months as a defense attorney!)
I sort of wonder how they'd handle the sequel. I assume that the sequel will take place after Phoenix has been disbarred. Then again, they can't really do much about it, since Phoenix does all the investigating himself seven years later. And surprise surprise I actually didn't mind Phoenix not being there (I thought I would hate it). So... But they're working on Gyakuten Saiban 5 first so I'm guessing they'll hold off on Gyakuten Kenji for a couple of years.
