I haven't seen the movie yet, so maybe I shouldn't say this

But every English major bone in my body (to say nothing of every geek bone) is telling me that if you change the ending to Watchmen, you change everything.

I mean, crap, the book does something really complicated and delicate with the idea of a superhero. You can't just throw a monkey wrench into it and say "fuck it" just because you want to.

Anybody tries that crap with a book of mine, I'll kick their ass.
