yesterday (saturday)
I didn't post yesterday, so I'll post this, and then post again about today!
Today we (the counselors) had a training in Sanlando (the CORE). It was AMAZING! We had so much fun, and learned so much! For those youth reading this, I hope you know how much all of the counselors care about you. Especially after this training, they are so on fire to help you and minister to you and take this ministry to highers levels than we ever expected. I am SO excited!!!!!!!!!
After the training we came to the church and got to Flamingo-ing! SO fun, they looked SO cute! I was sad I didn't get to go with them, but next time I am being a driver!!! :)
I was supposed to go to the Michael W Smith concert last night, but by the time we got through with flamingos, it was too late to go to the strawberry festival :( Bummer, b/c I was so excited about going. However, I met some of the youth at Firehouse and then we went to a movie. We saw Diary of a Mad Black Woman and it was hysterical!
So I got home at about 12:45 and went to bed...at the church at 6:30 this morning and then finally got home at 1245. TIRED! I had a GREAT day tho!!!!!
