somewhere around 27 days
something like 27 days left. school starts on the sixth. i am excited to see everyone, but not so excited for the academic aspect of it. i think i'll just have some friends over.
jen came over yesterday. there isn't really all that much to do. we looked at all the pictures in "a day in the life of the soviet union" book that my dad has from when he was obsessed with learning about communism.
the guys are here to put the carpet runner on the stairs and baxter is falling asleep to the pounding of their hammers. i really don't understand how he can do that. he goes absolutly crazy when he hears people walking around, but nothing when there are complete strangers hammering away.
baxter is going to love these carpeted stairs. more grip for running up.
i am tired and i need to take a walk.
