Thoughts on Episode 1 of Breaking Bad, contains spoilers.
Walt gets told he has terminal cancer and that would definitely make me take on a 'fuck the world' kind of attitude, but it happens really fast. Like he goes from numb to kicking the ass of twerps in a men's clothing store with very little in between. Still, I do understand the whole mentality of having nothing to lose.
I keep wondering why he doesn't have life insurance. I do, and we're pretty much flat broke.
And why is he working two jobs? His son's medical bills? I hope this gets explained later.
