Weekend Update

Mmm, this has been a busy weekend. I never thought I'd be relieved to see a Monday, but I will be this week.

It started early on Friday, there was a review for my Survey I mid-term exam at 10:30 I had to get to. It was pretty informative, but I wish he would have slowed down a little, it was hard keeping up with my notes. It was noon when it was over, so I went back and had some lunch and then went over to Wallin to work on my Drawing II assignment that's due Monday. I knew at that point I was going to have to come by everyday if I was going to get it done on time. So I stayed until after 7 or so, had a late supper and played Deadwood. I was spacing out a little, but so was everyone and it was a fun game anyway.

Saturday Thom took Laurel and I to the mall and then to Wal-Mart. I had Chick-Fil-A for lunch (oh yeah) and bought a My Little Pony. I needed one for being a good girl at the hospital when I got my shot a few weeks back. I asked Thom to drop me off again at Wallin, and this time I stayed until about 5:30 or 6, so I could have supper on time for once. Anime club was at 9, and pretty much all the shows were awesome. I'm really liking Paranoia Agent and Guu (short for The Jungle Was Always Nice, Then Along Came Guu).

Today, Sunday, was just a get up, eat, and go to work day. But I got all my work done for Drawing II, so I'll put cover sheets on them tomorrow and turn them in on time. Yay! Once I got back from Wallin Zack, Laurel and I had supper together and then Zack brought over his laptop and we watched anime and hung out and it was fun.

Oh, also on Friday, Thom gave me his copy of World of Warcraft, and a guest pass key for ten days free. I installed the game, but I won't register the guest pass until Thursday or Friday. Midterms are this week after all, and I shouldn't let that be distracting me until they are over. I've already told myself I'm not letting myself play more than three hours a day and only if my homework is done. I'm a good girl. This will also help show mom that I can handle having a game here at college and still get my work done.

That's about all, time for sleep now. G'night.
