I am a little tempted because I am sure you get many more days off than I do.

Yep. We start with 3 weeks of vacation and have 1 day added per year of employment up to a total of 5 weeks. Plus there are the holidays and we earn 1 sick day per month up to a total of 12 weeks.

I am so jealous.

I get two weeks of vacation, 5 days of sick time and 7 holidays a year.

This doesn't change even if I worked here 20 years.
