Going out of my Mind!
This week, today particulary has been so busy. Its period end week so we have to close Wednsday instead of our usual Thursdays. Thank goodness its only once a month (fiscal yr). Its harder to close on Wednesdays cause we don't have enough time to get 7 days worth of sales and info in. It only gives us 3 days. But it has to be done no matter. So sometimes i just push the sales thru even if i don't have info cause i don't care. As long as the variance is under 200.00. :) Well here's what my to do list was today:
1. Offsets (usually takes 15 min. but damn system is SLOOWWWW this month so it took 45 min.)
2. R2 report (2 and 1/2 hours in the morning. 1 hour in the afternoon. Walk from 1rst floor to 3rd, then 4th, then back to 1rst in the morning. Afternoon, walk from 1rst to 3rd, back to 1rst, back to 3rd, and then back to 1rst again. yup I am definetly (
3. Polling (15 min.)
4. Gift Card Track Report (been working on it for 3 days now)
5. Journal Entry (45 min.)
6. Coupon Recon (at least an hour)
7. Change Fund Recon (30 minutes)
8. Try to get to call backs (haven't checked my work v-mail since Monday)
9. Make credit card copies (10 min)
10. Filing (1-2 hours. Gonna do it Friday instead)
11. work out at lunch
12. Call Quiznos for subs for office party Friday for Charleens b-day/anniversary party
13. Decorate Charleens cubicle for b-day tomorrow.
And thats all for today. i think i am gonna have to do some stuff tomorrow because I am leaving in 15 min and I have only done tasks 1, 2, 3, 5, 11, and 12. And i will be doing 13 right about now. Phew!
