well, it was a decent first week of school..i have a couple of my german-class friends in my tuesday & thursday classes and we eat lunch together after. one is a girl who i've had in my classes for a couple years but had never talked to; she went to school in Denmark and her favourite band is Kent! last week i got a letter in the mail from the school. one of my german professors nominated me to be an ambassador. i had to turn it down because i don't have the time for it.. i felt bad but i sent the prof. a nice letter thanking him for nominating me. then on thursday i "quit" my job at the school. i got tired of being taken advantage of and i really don't have time to do all the extra work. i think the professor is really mad, but she'll have to find someone else..
i leave for Russia in 4 months. i hope i don't get really bad jet-lag like i did when i got to London. i'm going to force myself to sleep on the plane. i'll miss eric tonsssss.. but once i come back we won't be separated again =] and one month until Sigur Rós, yayyyy! i think we're gonna go to Austin early in the morning and spend the day there =))) a "cold front" came in today so it's not 80 F like it's been for the past month. ..global warming...
oki going to get my stuff packed to go home for the day..
