School started Monday. Booooo.
Wait, I've told myself to keep a positive outlook this semester... and I'm going to try my damnedest to focus and work hard. School doesn't come easy to me, so staying positive may help.
My birthday was Saturday. Had a great day. Emily put together a dinner with our friends, which was really fun. Got pretty hammered that night... that hasn't happened in a long while.
Got a new tattoo. It's a moon and stars on my foot. I like it, but it'll take some getting used to. I got it because my daddy and I used to stargaze in my hammock in the backyard. It also represents members of my family (moon= me, stars= rest of my fam).
Ben came to visit for 3 weeks. We had a good time (well, I hope he did). I still had to work so I hope he wasn't too bored when I was gone. We went to Lagoon, Raging Waters, out to many dinners, watched the meteor shower in Albion Basin, went to movies, etc... :)
My brother and his wife and kids came to visit. I hadn't seen them in a year so it was really nice! My nephews are SO cute! It's a shame they live so far away.
Emily is moving out on the 1st. She found a cute place (well, kinda ghetto on the outside but cute inside) downtown. Her brother is moving from Alabama to live with her. I think Em's pretty excited to get out of my mother's house finally. I'm excited, too, because I'll have a place to escape my mom and her nagging! Haha love her.
Well gotta go to class now. Paleoanthropology, woo!
