It's not Kyoko, because this is totally non-canon for the epic, but it's--it's--it's her, because, in my head, who else could it be?

“The fuck if I’ll let an’one fuck ‘round with my sista’ ‘n’ call it ‘tempted assault. I call it ‘tempted rape!”
Kunzite wasn’t sure he quite believed that one of his officers could have gotten so bruised and bloodied up by this street boy. The report actually said most of it had been the sister, which he could believe more. You could never tell, about women.
“As though I believe that,” said the city police officer who would have been handling the case if it hadn’t involved a member of the palace guard. “A street whore calling it rape when her brother walks in. Or maybe you were in it together to rob him.”
“I’ll take over this investigation,” Kunzite said. “I am obligated, as it involves palace affairs.”
“Very good, my lord. However, my lord, this is merely a formality. The gentleman has already given his testimony.”
“Carry on then. Send the report to the palace when you have completed the routine matters.”
As he turned to leave, the boy yelled at his back, “There ain’t no justice, is there?”
He paused in the doorway, then turned slowly after a minute and walked back, ignoring the other man’s “my lord?” He pushed the boy back into the wall and tilted up his blood-stained chin to look directly into the puffy black eyes. “Tell me.”
“My litta’ sista’ ain’t ne’er done nothin’ to no one f’r no reason. He’s been messin’ ‘round her f’r days ‘n’ she’s been tryin’ to get rid ‘a ‘im.”
“Were you trying to rob him?”
“Ratha’ starve ‘en touch the money ‘a one like ‘im.” The boy said gallantly and his thinness proclaimed how likely that way.
“Is your sister a prostitute?”
“Ain’t saying she al’ays been this side ‘a the law, but she ain’t ne’er slept wi’ no man f’r money.”
“Do you have parents?”
“No… sir… my lord,” he said, finally remembering himself.
“Have the boy and his sister taken to the palace until this matter is resolved. What’s your name, boy?”
“Jadeite.”
“Jadeite. I know truth when I hear it, regardless of title, and you’ll know justice when I dealt it.”
