Oh, there's so much in this: Endymion's tendency to blame himself for absolutely EVERYTHING, Setsuna's frustration with him on both a personal and political level, Endymion's lack of emotional IQ...

The king brooded in an almost visible dark cloud. Setsuna felt her temper rise. ‘Alas poor Yorick, I knew him.’ But that wasn’t the way if Rei slapping him hadn’t gotten through before she’d frozen herself.

I love the equation of Endymion with Hamlet now he doesn't have Serenity to push him into action!

I admit, someone else in what I was drawing this from compared Ichigo to Hamlet, but I claim being the one who started quoting. My friends are now running around using the holding out of the hand around an invisible skull as gesture-shorthand for emo.
