Beryl wanted Endymion. He was hers and she would resort to any methods of persuasion or blackmail to the Shitennou to keep him with her. Mio hated Aino Minako. How dare they call her a two-bit copycat of the real thing whose career would fizzle out in months? She had too much of Beryl’s pride to stand for being called an inferior copy, even by Beryl.
Bad enough Aino Minako kept backfiring her attempts to do the job she was supposed to for the Dark Kingdom and humiliate Tsukino Usagi, but every time she tried to get some back she found her way blocked by this Mars Reiko. Mio had looked and no one had heard of her, she was out of nowhere, except those who had heard of Minako introducing her and appearing with her and treating her like an equal.
Forget Tsukino. She would leave that to Beryl who cared. Mio wanted to hurt Aino and she’d absolutely destroy Mars Reiko to get through to her if that was what it took.
