Happy things:
Weeds and Dexter are so fucking good this season! Perhaps it is petty for me to get so excited over this, but shows like these don't come along very often.
Counting Crows: New album should be out soon, but i just discovered yesterday that August and Everything After has been re-released as a delux edition. There are bonus tracks and a whole disc of the infamous concert in Paris in 1994 - including the epic long versions of Murder of One and Round Here that I have been obsessing over for years. As soon as I have $15 to spend on it, that will be downloaded.
Quarter is almost over. The end is in sight.
Not so happy things:
Oh Blue Jackets. Why is this happening? You started off the season so well...it was like a dream. These past 4 games have been horrible. It's like the same old shit from last year. I will always love you, no matter what, but oh my god. Please bounce back from this, and quickly!
Writers strike. Lost is only going to be 8 episodes long this year. I am so sad. Although as a result there will be Big Brother this winter. No way is this making up for it, but at least it is something to ease the blow.
