The supreme court agreed, saying that because of her previous sexual experiences, the victim's "personality, from a sexual point of view, is much more developed than what would be normally expected of a girl of her age".
And she's your stepdaughter for fuck's sake. I doubt her personality, from a sexual point of view, is developed AT ALL when it comes to family members.
Btw, killing old people isn't as serious as killing young people. Old people couldn't have protested against being killed because they actually long for death. Really, it was euthanasia. The murder did them a favor. Won't someone please give the man a medal?
