Chapter 34
The truth
Eeteuk had run straight to the set after losing track of Yoochun to find that he wasn’t even there.
Several staff members had directed him to the set next door and then to Jung Yunho’s make up room. If they hadn’t been so busy, they might’ve realized that the two stars were involved in a fight. Fortunately, they were all so absorbed in preparing for the shooting to realize it. If it ever got out, both stars would get bad publicity and that wasn’t what Yoochun or Yunho needed.
Yoochun only had one movie role and he couldn’t afford to lose his only hope. Yunho was the most talked about star and if word ever got out that he was involved in a fight, everyone would begin criticizing him as a bad role model.
So now Eeteuk was trying to hold back an agitated Yoochun who, by the looks of it, wanted to kill Jung Yunho. Jung Yunho on the other hand had a bruise on his cheek and blood running down from his lips.
He was glad the make up artist was helping him hold back the other man. He knew wouldn’t be able to handle the two on his own.
“We can settle this as civilized men” Eeteuk stated, his hand on Yoochun’s shoulder. Yoochun tried to wriggle free from Eeteuk’s grasp. He didn’t seem to agree with him.
“Yoochun!” Eeteuk bellowed, surprising Yoochun. He gave up struggling, throwing Yunho a dirty look.
“Can someone tell me what the hell is going on here?” Eeteuk asked. He stared at Yoochun. It was more a question directed at him than anyone else.
“Junsu’s seeing him behind my back!” Yoochun exclaimed. He glared at Yunho who looked back at him, bewildered.
‘He came here not to beat me up for making that deal with his boyfriend?’ Yunho wondered, completely confused. ‘What the hell does he mean Junsu’s seeing me behind my back?’
The look on Yunho’s face made Yoochun want to punch it in.
Jaejoong loosened his grip on Yunho who was strangely calm and composed. He felt sorry for Yoochun. Of course he wanted to hurt Yunho… If he were in Yoochun’s shoes, he would’ve done the same thing.
“Junsu’s seeing him behind your back?!” Eeteuk repeated, making sure his ears weren’t playing tricks on him. Junsu wouldn’t do such a thing. He loved Yoochun. Eeteuk was sure of it.
Yoochun had connected the dots. “That was why Junsu kept leaving the set when I went to get my make up done!”
“If someone had paid more attention to their boyfriend, maybe he wouldn’t be seeing me behind their back!” Yunho argued. Yoochun was getting on his nerves and he couldn’t help but let his uncontrollable mouth go at it again. He realized that he had added more fuel to the fire.
‘Shit, this guy really doesn’t know about the deal… He’s convinced Junsu’s cheating on him with me…’ Yunho thought, unable to think of a way to deal with the situation.
“What?! What do you mean I don’t pay attention to him?!” Yoochun spat, outraged. Yoochun charged at him but Eeteuk managed to pull him back once again. He had to use all his strength.
“I’m sure this is all a misunderstanding!” Eeteuk exclaimed. “How could you doubt Junsu so easily?! Do you really think Junsu is that sort of person?!” Yoochun reacted to this.
It was true. Yoochun could never imagine Junsu cheating on him. How did he come to this conclusion?! It was Jung Yunho!!!
“I know this bastard had something to do with it!” Yoochun yelled at Eeteuk, as if it were all his fault.
Yunho was still in the process of deciding what to do and hadn’t heard the angry man.
“This is not about assigning blame! We’re trying to fix this!” Eeteuk shouted.
“What the fuck did you do? Did you threaten him?!” Yoochun screamed at Yunho, ignoring Eeteuk. He pried Eeteuk’s arms off of him. He hated how Yunho wouldn’t answer him. It didn’t even look like he was paying attention!
“Yoochun! Calm down!” Eeteuk yelled from his side. “Did you even talk to Junsu about this?! Did you ask him why he kept coming here?”
The question made Yoochun pause.
“I…” Come to think of it, he was so fired up that morning, he didn’t even give Junsu a chance to explain things to him.
But what was there to explain…? Everything was clear to him… The messages, the reason why Junsu seemed to disappear at his filming… For Pete’s sake, what other explanation was there?
Yoochun scrunched his eyebrows in frustration before raising his head and glaring back at Yunho. “Just tell me, do you and Junsu have something?” he asked. He wasn’t sure he was mentally or emotionally prepared for this.
Jaejoong decided to step forward and say something but Yunho raised his hand to stop him. Yunho had finally made up his mind.
He took in a deep breath. “This IS all a misunderstanding” His voice was firm. “I have a lot of explaining to do” Yunho glanced sideways at Jaejoong before continuing.

“Junsu, what happened?!” Changmin asked worriedly. Junsu had been quiet ever since he arrived at school. It was recess and he had not yet said a word.
Junsu didn’t want to worry his friends with his troubles but it looked as though he already had. He knew he had tears prickling at his eyeballs whenever it got the chance. “I’m okay” he croaked.
“No, you’re not okay!” Eunhyuk exclaimed. “What the hell did those girls do to you again? Or is it Yuri?! Or is it Park Yoochun!? It’s Park Yoochun, isn’t it?!?”
Junsu shook his head, especially at the mention of Yoochun. It wasn’t Yoochun’s fault. He hadn’t been a hundred percent honest with him. “I’m fine. Really.” Junsu responded. “I’m just tired” He brought a hand to wipe his eyes dry.
“You’re not tired, you’re upset at something!” Eunhyuk snapped.
“Junsu, do you think we can’t tell if something’s on your mind?” Changmin asked. “Tell us”
Junsu felt grateful towards Changmin’s words. Where was he going to start? He hadn’t even told them about Jung Yunho or Kim Jaejoong. He didn’t tell anybody anything lately. The only thing he had been telling were lies. Lies to Yoochun. And this was where they got him.
And so after several minutes, he had spilled the beans on everything. Everything about his deal with Jung Yunho, Yunho’s crush on Kim Jaejoong, their encounters and about how Yoochun had found out and mistook everything.
It had been troubling Junsu all day and it was great to finally get it off his shoulders.
“It sounds like Jung Yunho has a small crush on you…” Changmin pointed out. Junsu froze. He did?
“Because you don’t just want to kiss anyone…” Changmin continued, in deep thought.
“Maybe he wanted to try it out, you know practice?” Eunhyuk suggested.
“What the hell? Jung Yunho’s a star! He’s probably a pro at it. Why would he want to practice on Junsu?” Donghae argued, slapping Eunhyuk on the arm. “He definitely has feelings for you…”
“We didn’t read the text messages but I assume he likes this Jaejoong a lot. Probably because Jaejoong doesn’t pay attention to him, he turned to you.” Changmin concluded.
Junsu nodded quickly. It had to be that.
“Yeah as if he would like Junsu…” Eunhyuk said.
“Yah. He caught Park Yoochun, why can’t he catch Jung Yunho too?”
Eunhyuk was speechless.
“Yeah I thought so” Donghae said, proud of himself.
“Anyway, you’ve got to tell Yoochun about the deal! It doesn’t matter if it hurts his damn pride or ego. You’re doing so much for him and he thinks you’re cheating on you!” Eunhyuk exclaimed, getting worked up over it.
“He’s right, you know” Donghae said, slightly ashamed to actually agree with Eunhyuk on something. “Just don’t mention about Jung Yunho maybe having feelings for you”
“To think Jung Yunho was gay…” Eunhyuk muttered. “Imagine the look on the girls’ faces when they find out. They’ve been talking a lot about him lately.”
Of course Eunhyuk had to go on and make himself sound like an idiot again. Donghae rolled his eyes.

“…. So that was how it started…” Yunho ended. He felt himself flush in embarrassment. He had told Yoochun all about his crush on Jaejoong. Even Jaejoong heard it. He turned his head sideways to face Jaejoong who was now looking at the floor, fidgeting with his hands.
Yoochun on the other side looked shocked. So he had misunderstood everything… He faintly remembered a Jaejoong mentioned in the text message. He hadn’t thought of it much at that time. And he hadn’t got the chance to read the other messages.
He actually thought Junsu was cheating on him but he was helping him. He knew nothing at all. Why was he such a bad boyfriend?
“I didn’t know…” Yoochun muttered. Eeteuk nodded knowingly.
“We should really get back. The director must be looking for us”
Soon, Yoochun and Eeteuk were walking out of the set and into theirs. It was a good thing no one really paid attention to the two.
“I can’t call him because I broke his phone” Yoochun said in irritation as soon as they arrived at their set. He wanted to talk with Junsu. He wanted to tell him that he was sorry and he never should’ve doubted him. He had a load of things he wanted to say.
“Yoochun, all you have to do now is do your job well. Junsu didn’t do this for nothing. You can solve this when you arrive home” Eeteuk stated, both his hands on Yoochun’s shoulders.
“You’re right”
“Yoochun, there you are! Hurry” The director rushed up to him and led him to the make up room. “I’ve been looking all over the place. You’re the main star. We can’t afford to lose you”

“So…” Yunho began, his eyes averted away from Jaejoong and he was suddenly interested in the design on the door.
“So…” Jaejoong repeated, still playing with his hands.
“I like you, don’t you have something to say about it?” Yunho asked, almost sounding like he was shouting at him. He slapped himself mentally. Why the heck was he so loud?
“I know…” Jaejoong murmured, a blush creeping to his cheeks.
“Well, do you?” Yunho questioned. His mouth was working to his advantage. He liked it.
“Yeah but…”
“No buts” Yunho turned his body sideways and grabbed hold of Jaejoong’s shoulders before leaning in and giving Jaejoong a soft peck on the lips. Jaejoong was paralysed to the spot, unable to think clearly. The kiss seemed to have taken all the thoughts out of his head.
Jaejoong stared at the lips that had just been on his own. He leaned forward the captured them, startling Yunho.
Yunho soon got used to it and kissed Jaejoong back. The way he had licked them nervously and bit down on them always made him think what they would taste like. And now he knew. They were like heaven.
Jaejoong pulled away after a few seconds, panting. “So that day when I caught you in the room with Junsu… you were leaning down on him… and…”
‘Shit, I wasn’t thinking clearly then…’ Yunho thought. Deep down inside, he knew he wanted to kiss Junsu. There was no point denying that. And to be honest, he kind of liked Junsu… Yunho slapped himself mentally again.
“I wanted to practice on him before giving you the real thing” He blabbed, making the other bow blush furiously. A smile tugged at Yunho’s lips. Jaejoong actually believed him.
“But you don’t just go kissing anyone…” Jaejoong expressed, suddenly a little sad.
“So I abandon this movie role?” Yunho asked. “I have a kiss scene with Stephanie, you know” He now had a teasing smirk on his face.
“No… I mean if you absolutely must, do it but if you don’t have to, then don’t…” Jaejoong voiced.
“You’re very possessive” Yunho said, running a hand through Jaejoong’s hair. “Yes, your majesty”
Jaejoong looked away, annoyed.
“I’m serious” Yunho said with a change in voice. “Now, where were we? Oh… that’s right” Yunho lowered his head slowly while Jaejoong closed his eyes. Jaejoong reddened into the colour of a ripe tomato knowing that they were going to join lips again.
Getting nothing, he opened his eyes to find Yunho had backed off to the far side of the room. Apparently a staff member had entered the room. Jaejoong’s cheeks heated up faster than ever.
“Yunho! You were meant to come out 10 minutes ago!” A staff member snapped, eyeing the two men peculiarly. Jaejoong bowed numerous times, mostly to hide his crimson cheeks.
The staff member walked out and Yunho followed, giving Jaejoong a squeeze on the hand on the way out.

YunJae are finally together *_* Don’t they remind you of Yoosu? LOL
I had difficulties writing this chapter and it didn’t turn out that good. I had to solve the deal thing and I got confused about who knew what etc. That’s why the character’s thoughts were inserted here and there. I hope it wasn’t too confusing!
What will Yoosu be like?I think the story will end in 2 more chapters or so =O It’s about time
