I do know quite a lot are excited for the change in scenery into white, and surprisingly I have gotten used to it I would like to mention that disregarding the drastic drop in the outdoor temperature would result in receiving a troublesome cold. I have experienced it too many times.

By meditating.

You must make sure you are adequately dressed for the weather. When you return from the outdoors, change to a dry set of clothes and continue to keep yourself in a warm environment.

Frequent change in temperature is not well for the body, so it is advised to be in an environment with a constant temperature.

Getting an adequate rest is also excellent.

I miss summer already, but snow can be kind of pretty in some places. It's still too cold for me. I hope the heater stays on all season...

I agree, the scenery can get rather nice in some areas.

Rice cakes are rather sweet and sticky. It is the most delicious when served right after it is made, with various toppings or additional taste.

(This weekend I tried making mochi and it is all your fault.)
