work sucks today..
they did a call manager upgrade this weekend and so the phone system is all screwy.. not to mention it seems that all the SRO's decided to leave for lunch at the same time as well as the managers so insite was getting escalated calls and couldn't do anything with them.. i don't understand how we can have so many in our group and yet so many people be not ready.. and i am all out of money well mostly which sucks because i really needed to make a purchase today.. *sigh*
i think i am just going to go home and go to bed tonight.. grrr
