Calorie Roller Coaster

My calorie count over the past week or so:
Wednesday, 7/29: 1,306 (Moved 5 hours in major heat & humidity)
Thursday, 7/30: 1,885
Friday, 7/31: 1,394
Saturday, 8/1: 2,765 (Party)
Sunday, 8/2: 1,884
Monday, 8/3: 733 (I know! If it helps, that was after working out?...)
Tuesday, 8/4: 1,537
Wednesday, 8/5: 1,287
Thursday, 8/6: 1,875

I'm not doing this on purpose, I swear! I just eat when I'm hungry, and some days I'm not as hungry as others.

Its ridiculous. But I don't know what to do about it, if anything. I'm eating more healthy stuff and less junk (well, maybe not at the party...damn that pizza was good), I'm exercising regularly (if not as often as I'd like). I'm losing weight while gaining muscle. I'd love if it happened a little faster, but it's happening, and I'm very happy about that.

I'm just afraid that this accidental yo-yoing will throw a wrench into the works and reverse my hard work.

I finally got a handle on eating crap and never exercising. Time to tighten it up, and regulate myself a little further with meals and snacks, so I don't fuck up my metabolism...again.
