Bah.

Bah. I should be working on the calendars for work, but my fingers are cold and I'm super-tired, so hell with it. I'll finish 'em up tomorrow and print them out on Monday, all ready for the switch-over on Thursday.

I had a great couple of days followed by a couple of days of ouching, yawning, and sneezing.

Friday (3/20): Worked out.
Saturday: Walked for over an hour.
Sunday: Walked for about 40 minutes.
Monday: Worked out.
Tuesday: Did a ton of housework and played the piano.
Wednesday: Got on the x-trainer.
Thursday: Day off, I guess!
Friday (yesterday): Moved furniture and worked out.

Tuesday night, even with all the housework, I wanted to go for a walk, and would have if it hadn't been, y'know, 9 PM and DARK. But that 6-day-straight run of exercise felt great. We'll see what happens today.

On Tuesday, I was moving the coffee table, which has these little brass feet. One went right over my bare toes. Scraped the hell out of one, gouged a nice line in another, which I'm quite sure is going to scar. So I've been kinda limping around since then, which has made my other leg stiff and unhappy.

Then Wednesday I was an idiot with the car: Decided that the best time to adjust my seat was while braking...on a downslope...with a heavy backpack on the seat behind me. Unlatched seat went sliding forward, backpack wedged itself between front and back seats and wouldn't let me go back. All of this made me brake even harder, and all the weight and pressure went on my right knee, which was wedged against the bottom of the dash. Fortunately, no one was directly behind me, and I was braking and not accelerating. Still, not a mistake I'll make again, that's for damned sure.

So, yeah, Wednesday night my right leg was extremely painful, and that plus the limping has made it very, very unhappy. I'm trying to not limp, to both give the right leg a rest and unstiffen the toes that haven't bent in three days, but it's painful. >.< You wouldn't think a scrape that's less than two inches long would cause this much trouble, sheesh. I've been covering it with neosporin and vitamin e as much as possible, let's hope that helps.

Edit: Right, forgot about the yawning and sneezing. The yawning is just that I've been pretty tired since Thursday. The sneezing is more absurd.

Thursday night, I was eating a Reese's Peanut Butter Egg, when I started sneezing repeatedly, and joked that I must be allergic to peanut butter. This morning, it was worse, and I was eating a PB&J. Since I finished the sandwich, nothing. o.O I'm trying to think if I had sneezing fight anytime yesterday, but can't think of anything. So maybe I'm a new breed of peanut allergy, sneezing instead of hives XD

It was also really gorgeous this past week--Tuesday and Friday were particularly warm and beautiful, although the rest of the days were still pretty, if colder. Today, it's gray, foggy, and chilly. And it's supposed to rain tomorrow. Brilliant.

Hoping to hang out tonight with James and people, since I haven't really been social for a long time. Did have dinner with James on Monday, that was lovely :) Although I'm kinda exhausted (surprise, surprise), so we'll see if (a) I can stay awake long enough to go, or (b) if I can stay awake long enough once I get there. A nap after work may be in order.

Tomorrow, Justin comes over and installs Ryan's new fan/heat sink, which arrived on Wednesday, yay. Monday, we go to Manchester and do some shopping. Or, some *more* shopping--went in on Wednesday and got some new clothes (jeans and tops for me, new shirt for him) and throw pillows for his couch. Yay helping the economy ;) I had forgotten how alluring Pier 1 could be...preeeetttyyyy....

Right, well, I'm pretty boring right now. May update later with a rant I've been working on concerning the idea of $4 gas, but, again, we'll see.

*zzzz*
