I made myself eggs for breakfast. I'm not completely useless! :D
Lunch, when I have it, will be turkey & muenster on wheat, possibly with light mayo. Dinner will be pasta--Barilla Plus, with more protein and omega goodness. And since I'm less of a sauce person and more liking the butter on pasta, I bought myself some butter spray stuff that won't fatten me up quite so fast. Dessert will be an ice cream bar because, c'mon, I'm only human. But, hey, dairy, yeah?
I'm working 3 to close today instead of 4:30 to close on Thursday, I'll bring some cereal along for a snack-I bought myself some Special K (special protein kind) and cinnamon Life cereals. The latter will be my snack, along with my "GORP" mix that I need to remake. Less eclectic than last time--just cashews, peanuts, pistachios, and raisins. May make a separate mix with raisins, chocolate & peanut butter chips, chocolate granola...hm, need something else to make it not completely bad for me. But yeah, just a sweet mix. Ryan told me about his aunt, who keeps a supply of chocolate chips handy, so she can just grab a couple now and then. Satisfy the sweet tooth with just enough.
I'm trying to be healthier, I really am! And I'm planning on working out tonight while I'm there, maybe do x-trainer when I get home, too.
They say idle hands are the devil's playthings...I think the most well-meaning plans are more of a lure, honestly. But I am going to do my best, my damndest, and if some wrench gets thrown in the works, I'm not going to give up or get defeated.
Noon--now I call Ryan to wake him up, vacuum a bit so he doesn't suffocate quite so fast while he's inside, and, um, get dressed, I guess. Oh, right, laundry, dishes, garbage...
