my freaking internet has been acting up for weeks and i have been bugging them all the time. yet they are not doing something about it. and they fucking expect me to pay them every month? BULLSHIT.
to make it worse.. no customer support is available whenever i call them. made me wait for 30 mins. argh!!!
if only jay's here then i wont have to give a damn about this. *sigh*
