Today was actually pretty good. I was under my calorie goal, and I got my cardio plus some movement in, so I feel good about things. Also, I walked away from a situation that could have escalated into drama and just let it go. Someone else can deal with the drama, I'm over it.

I have another full day with Doris tomorrow which is a fantastic thing. When I get paid, I am going to go to get myself a good pair of sneakers for exercising and new insoles. I have earned those. Plus, I'm hoping those will help with the ridiculous aches & pains I'm having right now. I'm only 34, I should NOT feel like a little old person all of the time.

I have decided that my goals for the next 7 days are
1.) Exercise for 30 mins, 5 of 7 days - some form of movement that makes me sweat.
2.) Track everything 100% accurately.
3.) Make the best of calories, no wasted foods (aka: 4th of July pot luck junk, fudge, Chinese food)
3.) Continue to take Vit. B and St. John's Wort faithfully
4.) Buy new sneakers/insoles - if it's a goal, I'll make myself do it
5.) Continue to actively avoid drama. Just walk away and, as my mom says, "Letigoooo".
