I'm extra cranky tonight because I pushed my body way beyond it's limits today in order to stay The Cool Aunt, but I am going to rant anyhow.

The Yankees proved that the story of 2009 is that failure is always an option with this team.

first let me say that i am sorry for horribly slacking at commenting lately. i have read your entries but haven't sat down and commented. i've also been trying to stay away from the computer bc i'm on it way too much LOL

now back to your entry. poor phil :( i'm so mad that they didn't get him a costume. i can't believe it. this ruined the whole rookie hazing this year. i mean i was mad it wasn't at yankee stadium...but to not get phil a costume. that just sucks. i was looking forward to it since he got called up (as i know you were). i know phil is so amazing they probably don't even consider him a rookie bc he's just that good. but come on you can't leave him out of that.

omggg it is POURING here. i woke up and was like. wow. that is nice. there is a monsoon outside. i am just hoping this misses boston. i really hope it does bc i neeeeeed moose to get his 20th win. i don't want a rain delay to mess this up for him. i'm seriously going to have a huge tantrum if moose doesn't get it. it will be bad.

Aw, no worries. It's not like I say anything interesting anyway :-P 500 pics? Wow. That's pretty intense. I finally just got back to your pics from Saturday. I spotted them last night as I was getting ready for bed. Doh!

I read today that he got shafted because, "a fireman's costume couldn't be located". They couldn't send a clubbie out to find a fireman's costume in Boston? Give me a break. That pisses me off so badly. x_x It's a right of passage to get hazed, and they took that from him. Totally unacceptable. Growl.

So far all we have is a little rain, but it's heading our way. My brother & his wife are staying in Boston to hopefully see the rescheduled game, so I hope they get to play both today. I slept for crap and am really achy today so I'll probably cry if the weather doesn't cooperate for Moose. I'm sure you'll get more than a few whining texts ;-D
