Requiem

Today I (and a friend) went to Stavanger Cathedral to listen to Mozart's Requiem. It was utterly beautiful. I've heard it so many times on record, but hearing it live, and in a church... I don't have words to describe it. During "Lacrimosa" I simply disappeared into the music. I lost track of time and place.

Ah, happy sigh! Next up will be Händel's Messiah in December!
