Stuff
I'm insanely behind reading everyone's journal -- hope you're all doing well out there! I'd tell you about all the exciting, wonderful things in my life, but I have to get some rather unexciting things done first today (cleaning, organizing, bill-paying, etc.) I need to find good music for this... hopefully, Daniel Lanois' new CD that just arrived from Amazon will do the trick! The fact that was released at least half a year ago tells you just how little I've been buying. But, with hyperinflation possibly around the corner, might as well buy things now :) (I'm joking; I don't really think this will happen. Probably.) Owen and I have joked about it though -- it'd be the perfect excuse to buy all the instruments I want... if only I had a place to put them. Speaking of which, the thrift store shopping around here is really amazing. They had a beautiful, old carved wooden piano for sale for less than it would cost to tune it up (which it desperately needed.) I don't know if it's still there, but it was for at least a few weeks. Guess no one has any room in this town :)
