1. Open your music library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc.).
2. Put it on shuffle and press play.
3. For every question, type the song that's playing. When you go to a new question, go to the next song.
4. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool.
Opening Credits: 'Go Buddy Go' by Stranglers - well, at least it's an upbeat start to my movie! And hey, you can't beat the sentiments of the song.
Waking Up: 'In This World (Murder)' by Good Charlotte - I must confess that this song does not bode well for the rest of the day, even if it is a you-can't-oppress-me song.
Falling in Love: 'This House' by Alison Moyet - a nice gentle song perfect as background to a tortured come-and-save-me-from-the-pain scene.
Fight Song: 'Poison Girl' by HIM - well there are worse songs to set to fight scenes I suppose.
Breaking Up: 'I'm On My Way' by Rich Price - methinks that the falling in love and breaking up songs should be the other way around.
Prom: 'Rock Your Body' by Justin Timberlake - just what I'm gonna need after all that angst from the start of the film - something to dance too!
Life is Good: 'The Long Day Is Over' by Norah Jones - perfect!
Mental Breakdown: 'Angel' by The Corrs - this must be some mental breakdown if I'm going around being thankful for all the shitty things that have happened to me thus far.
Driving: 'Mustang Sally' by Wilson Pickett - woohoo! I must be better if I'm driving around belting this out...ride sally ride!
Flashback: 'When You Believe' by Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston - somehow this fits well if you consider the mental breakdown, the break-up, and the rest of the crap that's bound to happen sooner or later in a film like this.
Getting Back Together: 'She Will Be Loved' by Maroon 5 - I'm getting a bit worried at how iTunes keeps throwing up appropriate songs, but on the other hand I'm also glad that it looks like this relationship is going to turn out to be a total disaster.
Wedding: 'Last Exit To Eden' by Amanda Marshall - forget what I said a moment ago, the foreboding is starting to set in...
Night Before the War: 'Autumn Leaves' by Eva Cassidy - a good song for sitting and pondering the end of the world.
Final Battle: 'Inspiration' by Negative - the title suggests that we put up a bloody good fight in this Final Battle but the lyrics rather suggest that I spent the fight curled up in a corner waiting to die. Bugger - I hope I managed to redeem myself in my Moment of Triumph...
Moment of Triumph: 'Truth Hurts' by Usher - ooh, did I get to do one of those 'defeating the bad guy by telling them the truth and causing them to have a spectacular emotional breakdown' things? That would have been so awesome!
Death Scene: 'Bruise Pristine' by Placebo - bit of a defeatist song to have to die to but at least I got to go in a 'you or me' way which beats the others ways I could have died...
Funeral Song: 'Twisted Logic' by Coldplay - well at least it sounds sad even if the sentiment of the song doesn't exactly match the moment.
End credits: 'Wild Horses' by Natasha Bedingfield - actually this song kind of sums up the film of my life pretty succintly I think, so that is good.
