ANYWAY. Some great stuff happened! And some awful stuff!
- I GOT PROMOTED. I live in a city called Kelowna, and about half an hour away is a smaller municipality called Westbank, across the bridge. There's a new EBGames opening there next month and I accepted the position of Assistant Manager there! I'll be working with a really cool manager and I'll be making so much more. Which is good, I've been stuck on minimum wage.
- Tested out the bus routes today and I ran into some really cranky drivers! It sucked, they were total jerks to me! And I'm super emotional right now, it sucks! Normally I just don't care much, but I'm going through a lot of change, looking into getting my driver's license and a car etc etc, it's kinda freaky, so I got really upset today. The only nice thing was I went and visited Jamie. I kinda went numb the whole day until I saw her, then I finally opened up and realized I was in horrible shape. XD; It's weird how that happens...
Anyway, that's mostly good stuff, today just was really off kilter. And Jamie~. And we get to have a proper visit, today was kind of outta nowhere, so I'm really looking forward to it! And I don't have to work 'til friday. And it's a middle day shift, no opening or closing the store, so it'll be nice!
