building a home
is definitely something you don't want to have to do twice. Oh sure, moving house is a stress, but having to get everything for the first time....how do people manage? Unless they're millionaires (which is my plan reserved to the future). Especially without a car....
We're having fun stealing Dennis' dad's car (on a daily basis) and fitting all sorts of stuff in his trailer. One of the wondrous things in the world is ebay. We've bought a brand new bed and brand new fridge-freezer, but many other things are being bought on ebay. We got a gorgeous giant wall cupboard thing for one euro. The other joyous thing is the amount of very kind people we know who keep giving us things they were going to throw out. A sofa, a giant rug, a table and 6 chairs...
Slowly but surely, the flat is getting there. Ready for visits.... :)
