WARNING: Might make you want to kill me.
OK all. Far be it from me to take things for granted, and to only write in this journal when I'm stressed or angry. That being said, I know it's a stressful time for people right now, and this is a very happy story. Read it at your own risk, and don't say I didn't warn you.
My day was going aight, and then at 3:30 I had Enviro Psych class, where we got our final exams back and the bunch of us that hadn't already done so did our presentations. I wasn't feeling especially confident about either of these things, but I figured, whatev'. HOWEVER, it turns out that I got A+ on both of them!
That was awesome in and of itself, and after class I went up to the JDH caf, chilled, and walked home. When I got home, there was a note from Erin, saying that Daryl (darmac to some of you) had called and wasn't working this evening! We made a deal a bit ago that he would go see "Rent" with me if I would go see "Narnia" with him, and have been trying to find a time to see "Rent" for a week now. I called him back, and we went to the mall, and saw "Rent"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also pleased to report that Dar didn't hate the movie, and even told Tyler that later, which means he didn't just say it so I wouldn't feel bad for dragging him to it.
THEN (yes! It gets BETTER!!!!), we went back to Daryl's to chill, and I got to play Ross' guitar, which is amazing. Definitely worth more than I am. And THEN, Dar cooked me so much food, really cooked, didn't just microwave and douse with ketchup, and yes I was starving, but I didn't even ask! And then we talked, which we don't get to do very often at all anymore.
For sure the very best 8 or so consecutive hours of my entire life.
Now I'm going to bed and getting up and doing work early tomorrow so I don't taint today.
