so i'm back from aviemore :)

I got kicked out :)
it sounds blooming amazing on their website but it's utter and complete shite cos there are new owners now and they're a bunch of grumpy old arseholes. And their menu on the website is NOTHING AT ALL like the actual one.
I had stupid aubergines in a creamy and oily sauce on basmati rice with pine nuts - The ONLY veggie thing. I cleared away a space and immediately there was a pool of oil.the pine nuts were burnt completely black, as was the rice and it was utterly disgusting. we sent it back but told our delightful waitress (who was really really nice) that it wasn't her fault at all. she was very smiley and kind and extremely fast ( this doesn't seem to have much reference at the mo but you'll figure it out in the end).
And I got a stupid spare bed that who's mattress was totally thin and i could feel all the springs digging in and the pillow had been used before so i had to fold it inside out.
I wasn't allowed in the other room because i was a 'child' *glares*
and, you know what, they switch off the hot water at 10 even tho they supply a key for those who come in after 11 - now where's the sense in that? and they didn't tell us nor mention it on the website so my aunt and her boyf both had cold showers, i went early >_<
so i got hold of a questionnaire that they had in their booklets and i obviously selected poor for everything and in the comments, well...what'd they expect? " bloomin', marvellous perfect place of my dreams"....yeah, whatever.
nah, i told them what's what.
but then i found someone's photos in the drawers and decided to go downstairs and give em to the owners and workers dowstairs who were talking v loudly even tho it was past midnight. so i opened the door, went down and said," hi, i'm in room 5 and i found these in a drawer." waited for my thank you...no luck and got this instead," Okay, but could you PLEASE stop SLAMMING the DOORS?!". WTF?! so i just walked away even tho he was going on about it and just said," ok, sorry". FUCK's sakes. those doors, if you let go of them, 1 cm from the door frame, they'll slam like mad, those idiots should've put padding on the doors if they didn't want them to slam or get stiffer hinges.
so i went back to my room, held the door until the last minute, locked it, then ranted in my questionnaire. serves them right.
but i wasn't actually going to hand it in so i hid it underneath a booklet. then i went to bed.
Next day, i went seal spotting wiht aunts and when we came back, room service had been and they'd been INSIDE MY BAG! they're not allowed to open drawers, nevermind opening my bag, folding the clothes and taking out the stuff i stole took from the bathroom and putting it on the table!
so i was kinda pissed off about that.
Then Derek, my aunt's bf, came up to our room and said," come on, we're leaving." i thought he meant for dinner so i said," i need to pee first." when i came out of the bathroom, he was explaing that we were leaving the hotel because," of your niece's comments, my attitude, i've just been rude to the lady, ....".
so we packed,(my questionnaire was gone - i checked) and left through the back door and decided to just leave £200 in the room but Derek went to reception to pay. He had an argument with her and stuff. So apparently, the woman said," if the child doesn't like the bed, then she can get up and leave (it seemed like Derek had complained about the whole bed situation again)!", so Derek said fine or something like that and she was saying how we were extremely rude to the waitress, i was rude and had a terrible attitude and Derek's attitude was 'wrong from the start' because he complained about the hot water and when she knocked, he said ," wait a minute" to get dressed >_< and Derek was rude to the woman so we were kicked out. He said," it's a good thing that man didn't say anything or i would've decked him!" He was very angry.
Okies, so that's that. If i remember more about it, i'll tell ya.
