I probably won't be online for the next several days, so even though I know not everyone worships Santa celebrates Christmas, I'd like to wish you all a happy and safe day, even if it is simply the 25th of December to you.
I shall wake up tomorrow and there will be a mostly-empty decorated pillow case waiting outside my door. I'm 25 and Santa still visits me -- one might think the parents are waiting on grandchildren, but since a). they're still only mid-40s, and b). none of their children are in a position to give them that wish (granted, N has a long-term girlfriend, but isn't looking at kids!), they have to make do with still filling our stockings.
I've watched Amends (you know, there are plotholes and stupidity enough to drive a truck through in that episode but I loves it anyway -- although I always forget about Buffy's terrible fringe/bangs), and I'm going to watch The Muppets Christmas Carol before the Carols by Candlelight. I also need to do dishes and clean toilets/bathroom, but my Lego Star Wars II is calling. ::coughs::
Actually, speaking of Amends, I don't know if they're still saying it, but there is/was a chance of snow in parts of Tasmania and the ski-areas tomorrow. Which is kind of freaking me out, because it's the end of December and the middle of summer in Australia and there could be a place in this country where White Christmas is actually relevant.
Anyway. Happy Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/25th of December.
