Thank you !! to all my understanding customers!!

I had the most hellish day at work today!!
Ok so picture this lunch time horror
… Long line… for starters. Just about every single table filled.
I, as in me… as in 1 person have to:
take the order, get the drinks (juices and smoothies take longer go get then sodas) take out the orders, remember where they all go because we ran out of numbers (that people stick on their tables), get refills for those who need them and worry about the phone, drive through, and if the tables are clean and if the trash can is over flowing or not.

There are 2(TWO!!!) guys in the kitchen making the food. Can just one of them help me take orders out? No. and why are some customers waiting 30 mins for a falafel wrap that takes 5 mins to make?!
I am trying to multi-task like crazy!!

I try my best to give everyone my full attention and make them feel like we’re not just some fast food joint. I can only do so much by myself; I really need the help of good/ fast cooks: which I don’t have right now.

I would like to thank all the wonderful understanding customers we had today that didn’t get upset when their food took soooo long to get to them.
So if you happen to come to Jamo’s Café between the hours of 11: am and 2:00pm please understand that I’m doing all I can but its going to be very chaotic and possibly a long wait for your food.
