After a class with the angry kitty, all Tsuzuki wanted to do was stop by the sweet shop, pick up a piece or two of apple pie, and go back to his dorm and rest before he had to do his nightly investigation work

There were definite upsides to being dead, like not having to worry about such a silly thing as walls. Although Muraki couldn't step inside Tsuzuki's dorm room because of the barrier put up, he could still watch him in his fighting class. The doctor wasn't completely sure why he'd taken the class, given the things he could summon, but watching it had been entertaining.
He moved in closer to the shinigami as he left the sweet shop and touched his shoulder. The dead should easily be able to feel the touch of their own kind, after all.
Tsuzuki had cheered up upon entering the sweet shop, having bought some apple pie and various other sweets. When he finally left, he had already made friends with the nice lady at the register and was already digging into the bag for something sweet to eat.
He looked over his shoulder at the tap, wearing a big grin until he saw WHO it was. And then STARED for a good few seconds before jumping back with a yelp. "M-Muraki!" He HAD come to stalk him already?! Couldn't he have at least waited a day?!
"It's nice to see you again, Tsuzuki. Are you still trying to pass as human when you aren't working?" He spoke calmly and grinned darkly down at the other man.
Muraki pushed his glasses back up. This was the sort of reaction he'd missed being able to cause.
He stepped forward, hoping to back Tsuzuki against the building. There were limits to what he could pull off with people walking around them, but he could still get under his skin again.
Muraki chuckled. "I can't use you to bring Saki back from the dead anymore, but perhaps you'll be useful in my search for a new body. And I want the same thing I have always wanted from you. In your absence, I tried to get another boy with your eyes, but he turned out to be a bit evil." He rested his hands on Tsuzuki's shoulders.
Tsuzuki went rigid at the touch. "N-no way! You can stay dead!" He said. He didn't kill Muraki. He wasn't near Muraki when he died here. It wasn't his fault, so he shouldn't feel sad or guilty that he's dead. Especially since he's the enemy and after all the bad things he did! "And you can't have my body! It's mine already!"
"There are a couple ways I could have your body," he leered. "And I want both ways to happen at some point." Until he could get Tsuzuki somewhere more private, this small bit of contact would have to satisfy him.
"You've left me unsatisfied in the past, but I will succeed this time. Now go eat your pie and study. I'll see you again."
"You're not possessing me either!" Tsuzuki snapped. "Once is enough!" He added, flailing his arm a bit. He was really getting too flustered.
"You can stay unsatisfied, dirty old man." Tsuzuki said, glaring at him, though pouting slightly. He wasn't turning his back on Muraki. If the other was going to leave him alone, he'd back off. And probably follow him, but at least he had some distance then!
"I'm a third of your true age, so it's foolish to call me old." Muraki lightly ran his hand down Tsuzuki's cheek before he stepped back. "And I'm surprised you didn't know of my death earlier - it should have made my curse marks on Hisoka disappear for food."
With that, he walked away, heading back towards his apartment.
"I'm young at heart!" Tsuzuki protested. He paused at the next statement. WERE the marks gone? Hisoka had been training so hard before they all got sent to assignments he hadn't been able to talk with him. Or maybe he hadn't had a chance to notice it was gone yet? So many questions...
But Muraki was already gone. And he got by unmolested? That was...a surprise. A good one, but a surprise nonetheless.
He looked around before turning around and making his way quickly to his dorm. He'd relax when he was back in the barrier.

"What do you want, Muraki?" Tsuzuki asked, glaring at him. No letting down his guard this time!
