I am alarmed.

So, I know that this is sort of long-ish, but I think it needs to be watched.

Does this worry anyone else?
thoughts/concerns/criticisms?

I heard the first few seconds with "feminist" and closed it. I want to say sorry, but I'm not.

Porter,

You're a bright guy... I'm kind of surprised that you wouldn't watch on account of her being a feminist. The video doesn't deal with feminism. She makes a number of valid points, although I do think that some may be a little stretched. Either way, I think it's worth a viewing.

Feminism is a huge sign to me that they're probably irrational, which is not aided by the previous comments that's she's an alarmist. I don't have a problem with feminism, but I find that people who actually label themselves as such are more ofter often than not don't believe in the goal of gender equality but promote female superiority.

I got through 20 minutes now, but I need to hit the sack. Pretty much what I thought. She's full of it. Calling for the arrest of the president... come on. She harps on the ability to send troops anywhere like it's something special snuck into a recent law. The president has always had the ability to deploy troops without congressional approval.

There's been a fine line between deploying troops anywhere and deploying them on U.S. soil. That's what the National Guard is for. There's no reason for an army battalion to be deployed on our lands unless there is some sort of eminent attack or a legitimate threat on social order. There is none, as far as I know of, and I've kept abreast of the news lately. Something is seriously wrong with this. And if you don't think it's happened, check the Army Times. They report it as calmly as calling the sky blue ( ... )

Jeez, what got stuck up your butt? I said I don't disagree with feminism. Equality is perfectly fine, but I have found that most who feel the need to label themselves as such ARE irrational and border on the same type that believe in conspiracy theories. Not that it's a rule (I find Vineeta an exception to this for the most part), but you're certainly not making a case for one with your actions/words. If you knew me you wouldn't find anyone who would call me a misogynistic pig head or whatever else. I also find some of what you say pretty offensive but I'd be hypocritical to really make a big deal, since I've tried to piss people off to get them talking ( ... )

"She's written several books" There. You hit the nail on the head as to why Naomi Wolf is not credible. She's on this program essentially getting free advertisement for her propaganda, which she hopes to dupe people like you into purchasing by going on programs like this and raising a ruckus.

Take a deep breath, and remind yourself that there's an election happening for a new President in less than a month. Then, forget Naomi Wolf ever existed. You'll thank me later if you do.
