I lock most of my posts. A bummer, I know. But I discuss my real life here, with names, hence the necessity of locking posts.
Recently I decided I should actually do something with my unique situation in life, particularly in regards to my addiction to social networking sites. Yay facebook! And tumblr! And twitter! And lj!
Once a week (give or take, this is very flexible), I'm going to write about a random or bizarre or fun or some other interesting adjective memory or event that has happened at Furman. It's spring semester my senior year, and I'm trying new things. When possible, I'm taking pictures to go along with those new things.
My adventures have included going to Sigma Chi's 80s party the night before a French test, too many late night trips to Jack-in-the-Box to count, pulling my first all-nighter, getting way too drunk downtown (which resulted in apology rice krispie treats), climbing out the windows of Furman Hall and running barefoot in the grass, playing (and winning) trivia, seeing the Maine in concert, dining at Hooter's, joining Religious Council on behalf of RUF, riding shotgun on the Drunk Bus, singing karaoke at the Barn, and frolicking in the snow.

Thought of the day: Ten years from now, when you look back on your time at Furman, what are you going to remember?
