This weekend in summary (public)

Just so people can get a feel for what I write about, who I am, all that jazz.

I killed the first half of my French midterm. Seriously, I expect a 90 or better. Losing points would not be for getting something wrong, but in case I didn't write enough. Talking to other students, though, I put more or comparable information for each identification.

The Dance Spectacular Friday night was AMAZING.

I spent most of Saturday working at Habitat. It was fun, and I felt good about myself. I had organized a bunch of Kappas to volunteer, and nine girls total ended up coming out.

Saturday night was Pi Kapp's Toga Party. Um, for real, amazing party. I only stayed about two hours, which is nothing for me, but I've caught Jenna's cold, and I've hardly slept all week, and I was just too tired to get there early or stay late. Haha, I didn't even wear a toga.

But the party was awesome. I talked to Russell for forever. I even told him about the boy. I trust Russell, and it's so easy for me to talk to him. I talked to Andrew considerably. We have a short heart-to-heart too, because we'd had some online communication about some stuff in the last week. Several new Kappas were there, which just warmed my heart. The four of us French class girls were there too, and we took another picture together. Really, it was a fun party. I love Pi Kapps to death.

I left around 1:15am, really tired, but also hungry. So I ended up going to WaHo with Mallory and Christina. Fun times.

I went to church this morning with Katie and Annie, which was lovely. I came back to my apartment, ate leftover spaghetti for lunch, and crashed. I woke up when Mallory called me around 6:30pm to confirm the study party at the Shack.

We studied, but mostly we laughed and talked. The essay topics aren't too difficult. We went over the stuff we weren't as confident about, but basically, we're golden.

I went to the library after our study session. I talked to McPhee until he got off work. He then joined me at my usual seat. We talked some more, but mostly I studied French, and he outlined a history paper.

We left near closing, and he walked me to my car, and then I drove him back to his dorm.

It was a good weekend.

guys, friends, kappa, fun, pi kapp, school, library, volunteering
