(no subject)
the weekend was very relaxing. alex and me put up the christmas tree and lights, with christmas carols playing in the background. i loved it.
we also all had a second thanksgiving dinner together as well. alex and me made practically everything except the turkey.
i love to cook and put up christmas decorations.
we have boxes filled with little nick nacs dedicated to the christmas holiday.
even though alex left today i am surprisingly pleased. not at the fact that he has left but because the christmas holiday is coming and thanksgiving is finished. i had to put all of the thanksgiving candles and decorations away. i then finally took out the apple cinnamon candles, as soon as i smell them i think of christmas.
everything is just perfect.
this is my first christmas in this house.
i still miss the old christmas days in the old house, and the yearly christmas family get togethers on christmas eve.
