India to Sri Lanka
Namaste.
My partner and I are currently travelling through India and are looking to come to Sri Lanka in a few months. We are working our way down to the south.
I have been told by several people that it is possible to get a boat from either Trivandrum or Rameswaram, but they are vague on the details.
Has anyone done this? We need to know if it is definately possible, where to go from, the best time of year (we are thinking about April/May) and how long it takes. Also roughly how much it costs.
