Huckleberry Jules and Molly Rebecca, he may not always be around for them, but by God he’ll be there when they need him. Bite my hand when it hurts. Statements like that almost made her want to marry him again. They had made her do it once. Bite my hand when it hurts. That was who he was. He was a rock. Sometimes he weighed her down. Sometimes he anchored her.
