Actually, it's ironic. XD When I first realised people might have been misunderstanding my use of the emoticon, you were one of the first people I thought of, because I was expecting a reply to my reply of your review of 'The good fight' and didn't get one. And then started stressing that I'd accidentally insulted you/scared you off or something. XD
Hahhah, well, I like public transport. :P Driving means I'd have to actually pay attention to what's going on around me. XD So I stuck to public transport until it became clear that I really really needed the ID. Of course, the fact that the last time I tried to practice driving my dad panicked, grabbed the wheel and almost made us crash might have something to do with it...
I think I'd probably be the type to sit right on the speed limit, but then be paranoid about checking it every three seconds. XD At least until I get used to driving; then I'll stop feeling the need to look, but probably adhere to it strictly. Yeah. Not great at pushing the boundary here. XD
Wahhh, now I'm gonna have a fear of one-way streets. XD And they were already a freak-factor.
And lol, don't worry, you can't be a worse example than my brother. Borderline road-rage, he has... at least he doesn't actually get out and say the things he says inside the car to the people who piss him off. XD
SHIT. I didn't reply? *goes to check word documents*
*&^@$!)&*^>.
Now I feel retarded. Sorry, I do this all the time. I'll type up a reply to someone for a few days, then I'll forget to send it. Ayeeeeeeeek. I shall get on it tomorrow, after my classes. >.>
Forgive me? T-T
Eheh, I remember having a few close calls when I was learning to drive. ^^; Although usually I had to rely on my own instincts to save myself... My dad would lecture me every time we got into the car, but then take out his newspaper and read the entire time I was driving. -.- He would only occasionally look up and say something, so it was up to me to save us at a busy intersection. XD
*whispers* and not only one-way streets... watch out for signs, road construction and ... ... semi-trucks.
Seriously, I've had a few run me off the road almost. They get too close to me! ;.;
lol, yes yes, at least I don't have that bad road rage. xD I've mumbled and given dirty looks before, but most of the time it's -me- who gets the dirty looks and is the victim of other people's rage. ;.;
... hehe, I'm also prone to getting lost. Big time. D: My friends told me they were all going to chip in together and buy me a TomTom! xD
*hugs* Well, now I know for sure I'm just paranoid, if I wasn't already convinced. XD
And your dad's are very... ahem... encouraging. XD
*writes on list headed 'things to be terrified of'* Signs, constructions, and semi-trucks. Gotcha. XD Wow, at this rate I'm not gonna be driving for another six months.
Of course, that could also just be due to the fact that I'm lazy. XP
Getting lost, lol. I once got my friends and I lost in my own suburb. I wasn't driving; we just assumed because I live in the area, that I knew the way to the cinema. Which I did/do. I just got a little... confused. And we did get there. Eventually. XD
