I wasn’t able to reproduce the exact .psd of this edit in particular, but I tried. The trick is duplicate the base, apply a gaussian blur with a 7,0 radius then open another cap/pic, a random pic, and do the same. The final effect will be as if you have applied different textures on the pic. I also included a texture inside (not made by me) to get a more glowing effect. The more random pics you drag onto your document and do this, the more deeper and different kind of colors will appear and add brilliant tones to your edit. As usual, apply a black/white gradient map on each of your pictures set of soft light to brighten them.
