Entertainment Co., Ltd (“SM Corporation”) and Super Junior members Leeteuk, Yesung, Kangin, Eunhyuk and Donghae declare that within the published report on 23 December 2009 of <> “…… according to the latest news from Korea, it is not only Han Geng who has a lawsuit, Super Junior’s other members Leeteuk, Yesung, Kangin, Eunhyuk and Donghae are also preparing to sue, only due to nationality reasons has news about Han Geng’s lawsuit been learnt about first……” etc and such content are all false reports.
SM Corporation issues the following details and public statement.
