guess where I'll be in a month?
The good news:
My passport AND Expensive Special Rick Steves Europe Trip Suitcase arrived today! I can now escape the country any time I want.
The bad news:
My cats broke my favorite lamp today. I suspect Bitchface Daisy was chasing Alice around, because not only was the lamp in pieces on the floor next to the chair where Alice spends most of her time, but the table with the phone and answering machine was knocked all around, too, and Alice was hiding under the sink. I think it's about time to ask my vet about some anti-bitch medication for Daisy, because Feliway is SO not doing the trick and I'm really tired of Daisy's aggressiveness. She may spend tomorrow locked in my bedroom if I can find a way to protect the door from getting scratched up. Anyway, if any of you Gvillian friends of mine are out thrift shopping and happen to see a simple round, black lamp base, please give me a ring. I've been told they are fairly common, so let's hope I can find another.
