comforter advice needed (again!)
Since I have two palm tree lamps in my room ( lamp 1 | lamp 2), I've been wanting to do a beach/palm theme for awhile now, but I haven't had much luck with finding a good bedspread. The one I really wanted was only available in twin size, and the next one I really wanted is conveniently not available, and then when I finally decided on one from Wal-Mart, I missed the sale.
I originally wanted to do a yellow/green theme but I couldn't find any good bedspreads, so I switched to an aqua feel that matched some beach/palm pictures I printed out and framed (similar to this) but I couldn't find anything that color, either. I recently picked up a few posters with palm trees and sunsets that are more red/orange/black themed (like this) but of course I can't find any good bedspreads to match those, either.
Recap:
-two palm tree lamps
-a variety of palm tree pictures in a variety of color schemes
-white walls (cannot be changed)
-light wood furniture
-some furniture includes off-white canvas pieces (which could lend to a beachy feel in the right circumstance)
-three cats that shed like crazy (mostly white fur)
Soooo... (finally getting to the point!) I just found some interesting comforters at Kohl's online but I'm not sure any of them are really right. Knowing what you now know about the elements of my room, please vote on which comforter sets you like best:
