wow that's pretty good

i get 25 paid time-off days a year, that includes sick, etc., and that's after having been w/ the company 5 years, prior to that i got 20.

The college district gives staff 15 paid holidays a year.

In addition to that, depending on how long you've been an employee, you earn a certain amount of vacation time every month. When I started I earned 6.67 hours, but I think after two years it increased to 8.

I also get a bank of 80 hours of sick leave from July 1 - June 30. That can accrue indefinitely, but vacation has to be used in a certain period of time or you lose it.

Well, every day I take off is paid because I'm on salary -- we don't "get" sick days but I can take one whenever I'm sick and still get paid for it.

I get 2 weeks (10 days) of vacation and 8 holidays.

I earn 4.33 hours every two weeks...it adds up to 14 days a year. Vacation and sick days come out of the same pool.

And I get most federal holidays, but not all, depending on what the law firm chooses to take.
