stupid question time

To those of you who have used Airborne before:

I've been told that I need to take this strictly every three hours. Does that mean I need to wake up every three hours, or just resume it when I wake up? I suppose I could have asked the 123819203812 people who recommended the product, but it didn't occur to me then.

How is it possible that you have an icon to use for every single mood you're experiencing? It's amazing!

I think interrupting your sleep would be a bad move if you want your immune system to be at its strongest.

I thought the same thing, but it's underlined and asterisk-ized (is that a word?) to take it *every three hours*...

is this the newest thing in cold remedies? everyone at work is talking about it and using it. the girl in my area takes it in the morning and that's it and she feels fine the rest of the day.

Yep, everyone's been raving about it. I started taking it yesterday evening and I've felt pretty good all day. I'm going to continue with another pack just to make sure, but I think I've become a believer.
