Seriously though, how many of the emergency areas actually have to evacuate?

I think it's strange how that one little county on the bottom is "safe." WTF?

Well, these are all counties that have had a direct hit and/or massive damage... like, all the counties around me (north central FL) had a lot of flood damage. I would assume a majority of the coastal counties have had to evacuate at some point within the past month. And I'm not sure why Monroe county is showing as "safe," since I heard they had a lot of damage...
