[ Personality ] :
Kikyou is a miko, a Japanese shrine priestess. She cannot afford to show any emotion, or the jewel she is charged to protect will take advantage and become corrupted. As a result of this, she is very cold and distant, not letting people close to her. She is also very lonely, but she sees it as a necessary part of doing her duty. She wants nothing more than to live as a normal woman, but to her, her duty is more important, even though she hates it. It's what has to be done, the end.
Once she lets her guard down, however, she is a very kind and gentle person. She is shown in a village where nobody knows here, and she is greatly loved, especially among the children. She hides her past from the village, and might have stayed there were it not for, well, interventions. Among innocent people, she wants the past to stay in the past.
When she is forced to confront it, she is very vindictive at first, trying to kill Inuyasha more than once until she learns the truth about who really betrayed her. She stays aloof from everyone, choosing to do things her own way. She never seeks out her allies (though she would never consider them that - the enemy of her enemy is not her friend), but runs into them because they're chasing the same goal. She is a planner, and she is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her goals.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
[+]
Physical: Kikyou is an archer, a very good one. She's well known for her archery skills, and her most powerful attack is firing a bolt made stronger with an infusion of her spiritual energy. As a miko, she has a lot of other skills, enough to put her on a Canon Sue level. The only one I might have her use here is her healing ability, though if a situation calls for her to use another, I'll check with a mod beforehand. :)
Mental: She is very intelligent and cunning - she wouldn't be able to come up with or carry out the plans she does if she wasn't. She keeps her mind on her goal, and when she's focused, nothing can take her mind off of it. She'll do whatever it takes to achieve it.
Emotional: Every time we see Kikyou express emotion, it leaves more to reason that it's a weakness - really, almost all of her weaknesses come from it. She will never hurt someone innocent unless her hand is forced, and she will show mercy to those who she thinks deserve it.

Physical: Kikyou's soul is in a reanimated clay body. This has advantages and disadvantages, though it mostly serves to make her physically weaker. This doesn't take away from her spiritual powers, but makes her more vulnerable to physical wounds than she would be otherwise.
Mental: Kikyou's drive is as much a weakness as it is a strength. She does not trust easily, and it takes a while for her to truly become close to anyone. She is a loner once brought back, and the stay in the village when she is first revived tells her that she cannot stay at a place for long, because she does not truly belong anywhere.
Emotional: Her emotions are her biggest weakness. She has no trouble expressing them, but she is closed off aside from surface politeness. When she is brought back to life, she considers herself free, but shows no difference aside from her vindictiveness - she says that she can finally show hatred, and laughs when she says it, though aside from certain major characters, she never shows it. She is just happy that she can.

luceti Kikyou isn't sure what to think when she first wakes up. The last thing she can remember, it was at night, and she had died under the starlight. She feels sunlight on her face, her hands, her body, and she's not going to let herself think that she's been revived again. She knows this isn't the afterlife - she's been there before, and it was not like this. This seems peaceful, though she has a sneaking suspicion that it's really anything but. If it were, that would be too easy. Too calm.
She sits up and looks around, but she sees nothing that could tell her where she is. She narrows her eyes. Useless. She doesn't want to use any of her powers yet, assuming that they haven't been stripped by whatever brought her here - she doesn't want to alert any demon to her presence just yet. Maybe once she knows what she can do here, then she might, but until she has full knowledge of her abilities, nothing.
She stands up. She isn't sure which way to go, but it's rather hard to miss the sound of rushing water. She looks to her side, and sees a river, and a small smile touches her lips. But out of the corner of her eye, she sees purple feathers. She reaches a finger back to them, hesitantly, and narrows her eyes slightly when she can feel her finger. Wings, then. They don't seem like the work of demons, a small comfort. It means nothing, in the long run, but it's better than nothing at all.
She starts walking, and it isn't long before she sees a village in the distance. So. It looks like she wasn't here by herself. She wonders how many more are here. If there's a village, there must be enough people to fill it. Her pace isn't hurried. She'll get some answers soon enough.
